Privacy

We collect your data only to aid us in the fulfillment of your orders. We may also use your information for our own internal marketing efforts. We will not sell or trade your information to third parties. We will not help you get spammed.

We also may be forced to divulge your information if law enforcement shows us appropriate paperwork or there is a court order. We also may share Personal Information if we believe it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Use, to protect our legal rights, or as otherwise required by law.

Ordering

Logging in

You do not need to create an account to get price quotes through the website, however, if you do not have an account and are not logged in there are certain restrictions: you cannot earn zips, zaps, or bonuses, and you cannot spend credits or use coupons. You also cannot buy custom imprinted items without logging in.

Forms of Payment

Currently we accept credit card payment from Google Checkout and Paypal through the website, and Cash or Company Check at out facility. All orders are to be pre-paid upon ordering.

Returns Policy

Because of the nature of custom work, we cannot accept returns, and all sales are final except in the case of misprinted merchandise or defective products. Once an order has been placed, you may not be able to cancel or change it after a certain amount of work has been completed. If we can cancel an order prior to production, we may charge a 20% restocking fee.
